Kevin Flahavan’s resolve and dedication has resulted in millions of dollars recovered on behalf of his clients. Most notably, in January, 2016, he was our lead attorney in a premises liability action that resulted in a settlement for over 3.3 million dollars. Kevin has a strong passion for the profession and a genuine care for his clients. He has also been a contributor to the Personal Injury Practice Guide since 2014.
Kevin is active in several professional organizations and is currently on the Board of The Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of The Los Angeles County Bar Association; The Ventura County Bar Association; and The Ventura County Inns of Court. He is also involved in several charitable endeavors aimed at improving the Ventura community.
